Why Do We Need Healing?

Each of us has an inward longing to love and be loved; to know and be known. We are all searching for that love, often meeting that legitimate need in an illegitimate way. Because of the wounds in our hearts, we often cannot love in a right way. Some of us reach out to others to fill the gaps in our hearts. We have unhealthy relationships that do not honor God or others. Some of us fill those gaps with alcohol, drugs, sex (heterosexual as well as homosexual), pornography, food and any number of pain numbing coping skills. It is God’s desire to fill these voids. The Pure Heart Seminars and Retreats were designed with this in mind.

Who is it for?

Pure Heart Seminars and Retreats are for everyone. Whatever your brokenness, the Lord desires to heal you.. Jesus proclaimed his mission statement when He stated in Luke 4:18 – “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering sight to the blind, to set at liberty those that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord”. This seminar is for any who longs for a deeper, more intimate relationship with Him. Jesus said “Come to me all who are burdened and heavy laden, and I will give you rest”. Come and experience His unfailing love.
