2025: A Year of Transformation
This past year has been a season of extraordinary encounter, growth, and transformation. From the streets of our city to the nations across the globe, God has moved in powerful ways through every ministry and outreach. We have seen lives changed, hearts turned toward hope, and communities strengthened as we step boldly in obedience to His call. Every conversation, every prayer, every act of service has been a part of His story, and we are humbled and grateful to walk alongside so many people who are experiencing God’s love firsthand. As you read through this report, may you celebrate with all of us here at YWAM Wylie the incredible impact your partnership, prayers, and support has made.
Making a Difference in Our City
Local Outreaches
High School Ministry: 20 high school students got saved during our lunchtime Bible clubs, as rising student leaders held Bible studies and rallies in the high schools, marking a transformative year for youth.
Testimony from our High School Ministry:
“At the beginning of this year, one of our high school student leaders took what she was learning during our lunch-hour Bible study and began to apply it. Taking it outside of the classroom walls to the streets of Wylie, she shared the gospel over 60 times in the course of 2 months, and 7 people gave their lives to Christ.”

Equipping the Next Generation
Training Schools & Conferences
God is raising the next generation of leaders to make a lasting impact for His Kingdom. Through training schools, conferences, and intentional discipleship, students are equipped, empowered, and sent to serve in their communities and beyond. From regional gatherings to cross-cultural outreaches, they are discovering their gifts, stepping boldly in faith, and seeing God work through them in tangible ways.
Discipleship Training Schools: 24 students trained & 4 nations reached during their overseas outreaches.
Testimony from DTS Student:
Before coming to DTS, I was walking with God but not pursuing Him. I felt too weird to be part of His Kingdom: I dress weird, act weird, eat weird, and say weird things. I felt broken and thought I needed to fix myself before I could do anything good. I had zero ambition and was okay just learning to drive, getting a job, and dying. During my DTS, I learned that God gives every person a purpose and uses our strengths and experiences, no matter what they are. Jesus used tax collectors, fishermen, and all kinds of people for His Kingdom. I’m a huge nerd and have spent way too much time learning Kingdom Hearts lore, but God can use even that to reach people who don’t know Him. Now I know God loves me because of my differences. I am not broken but intentionally and uniquely made. God made each and every one of us different and uses those special things about us to grow His Kingdom and help the people around us.
Regional Gathering: YWAM Wylie served 485 adults and 40 children while facilitating the Eastern North America South regional gathering this fall, where we saw several healed and many called to “go” to the ends of the earth.
Secondary Schools: 18 students equipped for further ministry and teaching the Bible cross-culturally through our School of Ministry Development and our Bible School for the Nations.
School of Ministry Development: As emerging leaders, our SOMD students facilitated a Vacation Bible School for a local community, reaching each family with the power of the Gospel.
Bible School for the Nations: Engaged 590 people in 9 communities, including 3 slums, through 6 Biblical Education & Leadership Training Seminars (BELT) in Southeast Asia.
Testimony from our Bible School for the Nations Outreach:
While in Southeast Asia, our Bible School for the Nations outreach team partnered with a village church during our third seminar in the area. While there, we ran B.E.L.T. seminars to equip and encourage the local believers as they grow in their leadership. As a team, we prayed for freedom and spiritual breakthrough and worked to strengthen the church in their faith. The church leaders shared that they never expected a group like ours to come and minister among them. They said they were blessed by the teaching and time together. The participants were engaged and responsive, interacting with the B.E.L.T. teachings. Seeing their hunger for God encouraged our own hearts. We left grateful for what God is doing in this region and honored to have been part of His work among them.
This year, God moved in powerful ways through every ministry and outreach. Lives were changed, communities strengthened, and the next generation equipped to carry His Kingdom forward. We celebrate these transformations and trust that the seeds planted will continue to bear fruit for years to come.
As we look ahead, we invite you to partner with us in what God is doing through YWAM Wylie. Your prayers and generosity help fuel local outreach, train the next generation, and send the Gospel to the nations. Thank you for standing with us and being part of this story of transformation.
